Dr Liz Long and Sarah Barnes from The Grove Medical Centre in Sherborne are leading their last Ladies only ride of the year from Teals Farm Shop (near South Cadbury), on Saturday 14th December at 1pm.
An easy back lanes ride at a social pace with time for tea, coffee, cake and chat after. All you need is a bike, a helmet and some enthusiasm. How about starting the new year fitness drive a bit early…..
