Please read the information below that provides important information including a change to our opening hours.

******New Opening Hours******

From Tuesday the 28th May the Dispensary will be open from 8.45am to 1pm and from 2pm until 6pm. The Dispensary will be closed between 1pm and 2pm and from 6pm.

The Dispensary is contactable by telephone between 9.30am and 11am by calling 01935 850225 option 2.

The Reception staff will not be able to retrieve prescriptions when the Dispensary is closed.

Dispensary closed for Training Thursday the 23rd May

Unfortunately it will not be possible to speak to Dispensary on Thursday the 23rd May because all staff are required for training on the new electronic prescribing software. If your medication is ready for collection then this will still be possible from main Reception. If you have a medication query please use the online Accurx system  between 5.00am and 2.00 pm  this will be answered as soon as possible.

Waiting Times for Repeat Medication

We are very hopeful that the new Dispensary will be able to reduce the waiting times for repeat medication significantly however while we complete the move waiting times may increase for a short period of time.

If you need your medication urgently and are unable to wait at least 1 week please let us know when ordering. You will be provided with a paper prescription to take to a community pharmacy of your choice.

Collection Machine

The Collection Machine should be operational following completion of the electronic prescription training. If you have not yet registered and would like to use the machine, please contact us using the email address below and further information will be sent out directly.
