Please note that from 1st April 2023 we will no longer be accepting answer phone messages as a method of requesting medication. This is for safety reasons. The best way to request your repeat medication is via the NHS App where you can see a list of your repeat medications and order as required. If you would like help to set up the NHS App please contact the Reception team. If this is not possible we may be able to organise for your medication to be ordered automatically every month. Please speak to a Dispenser if you would like to be considered for automatic ordering. The Dispensary team will continue to answer the telephone from 9.30am  – 11.00am Monday to Friday to deal with prescription queries only.
