Thank you to the patients who completed the GP Patient Survey. We were delighted to see that our results were excellent again this year and that our patients think so highly of the service that we offer. The whole Practice team work extremely hard and we always strive to provide a good service to all our patients.
We welcome feedback at any time, either by contacting Linda Bickerton, the Practice Manager, or by completing the Friends and Family survey available in reception or on our website.
Over 770,000 people took part in the survey across England, covering 7,000 practices which provided a key source of information about the performance of primary care, CCGs and STPs. The data provided paves the way for continuous improvement across the system and is instrumental in improving patient experience.
