Health Coaches Trudi and Angela are looking forward to welcoming you to an on-line Zoom Flexercise Group.
The aim of Flexercise is to promote mental health and well-being through regular chair based activity.
This exercise class is open to anyone and we will be running these on a Tuesday afternoon between 2.30 and 3pm.
